Terms of Service

We are an introducer and aggregator. We list capacity and assets offered by third parties — operators, dealers and private sellers — and connect them with buyers. We are not the carrier, the vault, the refiner or the shipper, and we do not take title to the goods.

Every booking or delivery is fulfilled by the operator or seller named on the listing. Their own terms apply to the fulfilment itself.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish, including grading reports, certificates, provenance and stock. Listings are reviewed before they go live, and a listing may be removed at any time if it cannot be substantiated.

Nothing on this site is investment advice or a guarantee of resale value.

• Commission is 10% of the completed deal value, payable upfront at completion.
• Deals below $25,000 are quoted case by case rather than at the standard rate.
• If a buyer walks away after completion, 25% of the deposit is retained.
• A flat $45 administration fee is retained on any charged-back or disputed payment, and is added to what the counterparty owes.
• Once an introduction has been delivered, commission is non-refundable.

Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number. High-value orders can be held in escrow and released once delivery conditions are confirmed.

Cancellation and refund rights for the goods or the travel itself are set by the operator or seller on the listing. Where we hold funds, they are released to the seller only after the agreed conditions are met, or returned to the buyer if they are not.

No fraudulent, stolen, sanctioned or misrepresented goods; no scraping, probing or interfering with the site; no use by anyone barred from these markets under applicable law.

We are liable for our own introduction service only. We are not liable for an operator's or seller's performance, for indirect losses, or for market movements in the value of any asset.
